How do I create an account?

To use the platform, create a free account. It will take you less than two minutes:

Click 'Sign Up' at the top
✅To sign up with an email address, click on 'Don't have an account? Register here'. Or continue with your social media account of choice.
✅ Enter the necessary info. Below we take you step by step.

By creating an account, we can keep the platform secure, match much better and help you better where necessary. Your data is of course safe with us ( here you will find our privacy statement ).

Step-by-step plan: create an account as a private person

Are you not a social organization? Then you create a private account.

Step 1: What is your role.

  • Would you like to offer your help? Choose the option 'I would like to help someone'.
  • Do you need help? Then choose the option 'I'm looking for someone who wants to help'.

Step 2: Your data.
For the security and reliability of the website, we ask you to fill in a number of personal details. Only your first name and place of residence will be publicly visible. Here you enter a password and we ask you to agree to the terms and conditions and rules of conduct . Do you want to be kept informed with news, cool promotions, insights and tips about the website? Then also check the bottom box. You will then occasionally receive an e-mail from us. When you have entered all the details, click on 'Next step'.

Step 3: What do you want to do.
Fill in this page as completely as possible, this increases the chance of a match . Do you have a question or do you want to help? You can also choose both options.

  • Offer help
    You can immediately place a help offer . Tell us in which category you like to do something for someone else and why you like it. At the bottom you can check or uncheck the box at 'I want to be found by people requesting help'. If you check this box, your help offer will be shown on the site. Help seekers can contact you in this way.
  • Ask for help
    You can place a request for help after you have created your account. You can do this via your personal menu at the top right, via 'My questions for help' or 'My vacancies'.

Create a professional account

Are you a social organization? Then you create a free professional account.

Step 1: What is your role.
Select the option 'I work for an organization (foundation, association, charity)'.

Step 2: Enter organization details.
In this step you indicate which organization you belong to. You can easily search for your organization here by typing the name in the search bar.

Can't find your organization? Then click on 'Organization not found? You can now enter the organization details and add a logo.

When filling in the organization, it is always a good idea to check whether there are multiple locations/departments of your organization. This way we avoid double organisation. For example, are you part of the Red Cross? Then choose to enter as organization name: Red Cross Breda or Red Cross head office instead of just Red Cross.


Please note: if you add an organisation, you are automatically the 'manager' of this organization profile. This means that only you can change the data in the organization profile. If you want to transfer the role of manager, please contact our helpdesk.

Step 3: Your data.
