Emails not arriving
Didn't receive an email? This can be for several reasons:
- Look in the folder 'Junk mail or Spam' in your mailbox. The email may have ended up there. Add the e-mail address used to send these messages to your 'safe list' so that you will receive them directly in your Inbox from now on.
- The email address was entered incorrectly when registering. Read here how you can change the email address.
