Emails not arriving

Didn't receive an email? This can be for several reasons:

  1. Look in the folder 'Junk mail or Spam' in your mailbox. The email may have ended up there. Add the e-mail address used to send these messages to your 'safe list' so that you will receive them directly in your Inbox from now on.
  2. The email address was entered incorrectly when registering. Read here how you can change the email address.
