I really enjoyed the contact with Jin-Li. My registration and subsequent messages were responded to promptly. This was followed by an online conversation of almost an hour, during which Jin-Li provided extensive explanations and provided ample opportunity to tell something about myself and ask questions. This all happened in a pleasant atmosphere.

Register as a trajectory manager at Over Rood (volunteer work) What will you do as a volunteer? You guide entrepreneurs in going through a support trajectory via Over Rood. The objective of each trajectory is that the client can get started on solving their problems themselves and working towards a financially healthy future. However, no trajectory is the same. Sometimes the request for help is purely financial-administrative, while other entrepreneurs need support in the area of business operations. You share your knowledge and experience with your client and help them to get structure and overview in their business operations. You help with difficult choices. You are a sparring partner and offer a listening ear. You get entrepreneurs out of a negative spiral and help them pick up the thread again. You do this according to the Over Rood methodology, in which you are trained by the central organization and supervised by a branch manager. One of those guidelines is the registration of data and progress according to a client monitoring system. On average, you guide 5 to 10 clients per year, with a time investment of approximately 4 hours per week. This is an unpaid position, expenses will be reimbursed. What will you gain from it? • space to use your talent and experience for others, within a professional and fast-growing, national volunteer organization • appreciation from clients and satisfaction in your work • the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the Dutch economy and a healthy entrepreneurial climate with your knowledge and experience • socially involved colleagues who use their knowledge, experience and strength to really make a difference for our clients • an independent position, in which you can determine your own hours • expert and professional support from the Over Rood organization • a solid and educational internal training, in which attention is paid to the Over Rood methodology • a (generous) expense allowance Do you recognize yourself in the profile of a trajectory manager at Over Rood? • You have experience as an independent entrepreneur and/or knowledge of the entrepreneurial landscape. Experience with debt problems is a plus. • You can delve into finances, administration and the various types of taxes for entrepreneurs. • You like to share your knowledge and experience and find it a challenge to get people into their own power. • You are empathetic and can empathize with the client's problems, mental situation and living conditions, without becoming emotionally involved. You have understanding and patience and adapt to the client's pace. • You are prepared to work according to the guidelines and via the Over Rood methodology, such as the registration of data and progress in a client monitoring system. • You have at least MBO, preferably HBO work and thinking level and master the Dutch language in word and writing. Register as a volunteer at Over Rood by sending a message. We will be happy to contact you.
